Salary: $3000 - $6500 ( + revenue sharing) To be negotiated based on hours, experience and seniority.

- A patient and caring personality to provide quality care for our patients. Every patient loves a caring physician. So kind and caring physicians are most welcomed!
- Has a strong foundation in their field of interests, in TCM and Western knowledge. Ideally, you need to know a patient is having deficiency in anything and know what you can do to boost that
- Able to work with western doctors specialists in their field of interests (You are the master of everything!)
- Willing to work night clinics is a bonus!
- Possesses at least three years of relevant experience as a TCM physician
- Only Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) registered Physicians will be considered
- Able to provide quality TCM consultation and prescription of TCM medicine
- Able to provide TCM treatments such as acupuncture. Scrapping, cupping and Tuina are advantageous skill to have
- Assist with clinic duties
- Write regular articles and instagram posts
- Do Instagram lives
- A Singaporean or a PR citizen

- A friendly personality to say hi to our patients and make them feel at home
- Ideally, we would like you to be bilingual in English and Chinese but even if you’re not, we just need you to be able to say Hi, Thank you, and check the safe entry in two languages. (Thank goodness we don’t this anymore but just in case regulations change you still need to do it :S) Oh and smile in as many languages as you can.
- Be familiar with using windows. Sorry Mac users, you’ve gotta make do with us
- Always be willing to learn because you will learn so much here (You will build websites and design our collaterals!)
- Ok with working on at least one, if not both weekends. We will try to keep your workdays to 5 a week but if you are willing to work 6 days a week, we will definitely will compensate you accordingly.
- Looking for clinic assistant willing to work at both Novena Branch/Somerset Branch/Raffles Place Branch
- Say the warmest Hi to our patients to light their day! Handle registration and data entry (most patients register on their own through the system so less work for you 😃 )
- Learn to use our clinic management system. (Don’t worry its easy. We will guide you through it!)
- Answer phone calls and whatsapps for enquiries and appointment bookings (patients can book any slot on their own so that is less work for you too!)
- Do some clean up after each patient leaves so every patient get a really clean room to enjoy their treatment
- Assist with medicine prescription and preparation
- Collect various forms of payment
- Order supplies
- Check letter box
- Open the clinic and prep the clinic for the day like Snow White does with animals singing along. Just kidding but you can make do with our calming clinic music
- Be Santa’s greatest helper to the assistant clinic manager
- Finish closing duties so that you can wrap up and head home to spend time with your family or yourself!
- Attend any training if needed
- Update our whatsapp broadcast list monthly

- Minimum qualifications of diploma or degree
- Someone willing to learn every rope in this business except physician duties
- Someone who works well with people and have good relationship with visiting patients
- IT and computer skills (Mainly able to use chrome, google docs, google sheets, Canva and Instagram)
- Someone with high standards to manage overall clinic performance and efficiency
- Be able to do clinic assistant duties
- Assist clinic assistant with their duties on busy days and guide them when needed
- Assist clinic manager with required duties and activities
- Host instagram lives with Physicians when needed
- Help plan any ad-hoc activities like Christmas parties and farewells
- Interview candidates for future work positions
- Account for petty cash at the end of every week
- Work with other assistant clinic managers and clinic manager on marketing plans
- Carry out marketing plans with physicians
- Encourage patients to give google reviews to the clinic
- Assist on improving the clinic website
- Familiar with using clinic manager system, managing inventory, billing, system setup and intelligence
- Plan and manage rosters for clinic assistants
- Manage clinic email
- Review and improve workflow and procedures in the clinic
- Resolve complains with clinic managers
- Attend any training if needed
